Jess Embroidery Project

Artist Statement:

Jess Embroidery Project started as a small business in 2021. I embroider North American wildlife, oftentimes specific to the West, to bring awareness to declining wildlife populations, habitat loss, and the effects of climate change. I enjoy embroidering animals in detail to relive experiences of seeing them in the wild or bring awareness, and I focus on embroidering second hand materials like old canvas, thrifted flannels or hats, or provided goods for custom work.

I donate 20% of every sale I make to Sageland Collaborative, a SLC based nonprofit focused on helping species I embroider and their habitats.
